Delivering Good News to the Nations

We believe in building up and encouraging national Pastors and all those who are serving in the local churches. We do this by training and teaching through seminars and Pastor schools so that they can be the most effective pastors and leaders for their churches. We work with in-country missionaries who have established relationships with local pastors who have a desire to learn and grow in their biblical knowledge as well as their pastoral responsibilities. MCM assists in the setting up of Pastor Schools where pastors can attend sessions that strengthen them in biblical content, pastoral care, and church growth. We also help fund these schools — travel, food, and lodging — since many pastors could not otherwise afford to attend.

MCM works with evangelists and missionaries to set up and conduct outreaches and crusades through the help of local churches and ministries that will reach the unreached. We help establish new church plants as well as enlarge existing churches, in countries we have already visited such as Zambia and Tanzania — but we are working in Ghana extensively. Outreaches and crusades win the lost, but that is not the end: we work with the local churches to make the new converts disciples as Jesus instructed us in Matthew 28:18. This coincides with the Pastors' Schools.

MCM assists in building projects by not only raising funds but also getting churches on board for financial assistance and developing “building teams” to use their building skills to bless ministries. We are always looking for projects in line with the purpose and mission of this ministry, and we enjoy taking teams of workers who want to use their gifts and talents for the Kingdom. We have worked on projects in Thailand, Kenya, and Mexico. We currently have projects in Ghana and Mexico, and we look forward to establishing projects in Tanzania soon.

Some societies are just one sickness away from devastation. MCM wants to be an integral part in helping pastors and their flocks to be healthy and whole so that they may continue to thrive and move forward. If the church is not healthy, how can we reach the lost? We find and fund ways to assist in areas having a difficult time, including areas without fresh water — working with local leadership to bring clean water, food, and other humanitarian necessities. We have already been integral in assisting pastors in Nepal, Ghana, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.

As a former pastor of 29 years who has taken many missions trips, we bring a unique combination of skill sets and experiences to help churches develop a missions mindset, grow and organize a missions program, and train people to conduct local, in-country, and international missions trips. We can lead teams to work on building projects, give people the opportunity to experience field missions, or work in an orphanage. We have developed a Missions Matrix to help a church choose missions that fit the DNA of that particular church, and we develop leaders to take the missions program to its next level. There are many aspects of coaching that Mike and Jaida can cover to help you grow your church family and staff. Mike has 29 years of pastoral experience, a Banking and Finance degree from the University of Mississippi, and a Master's in Christian Leadership from Liberty University; with 10 years of banking experience and years of managing growing-church finances and building projects, he can help you and your church steward finances in these unprecedented times. Jaida has 25+ years of preschool experience, oversaw Women's Ministries, taught and preached at women's conferences worldwide, is a public school teacher of 20 years working with at-risk students, and is a SAMHSA-certified Trauma Informed Care trainer.
